Citing delay in approval of its revised plan, Katlin appealed to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal. According to a Kaitlin deputation to the August 18th, 2020, progress had been made toward a negotiated solution to the LPAT dispute. The current plan is for for 460 units – 220 singles, 90 townhomes, 88 semidetached, 60 apartment units, small convenience retail, a golf course and Community Club House.
