As the number of homes listed for sale fell to a 6-year low in March, the time required for homes to sell followed suit, at least in the built-up areas of Picton and Wellington.
For the first quarter of 2016, homes selling in Picton and Wellington were on the market for an average of 48 days, the shortest average time to sell in during the winter in the last 6 years.
The time to sell for homes outside the build-up areas rose slightly during the first quarter.
While the County is still no GTA in terms of selling times, you’ll have to move faster than in the past in Picton and Wellington to get the home of your choice.
