After three years where prices for waterfront homes increased 20% per year, Prince Edward County waterfront prices stalled in 2018.
Through October, the median price for waterfront homes fell 6% in 2018 as compared to the year before.
This could be related to a decline in demand this year. Although up from last year, the full-year forecast for 2018 shows that waterfront home sales will be down 25% compare to the market peak in 2016.
