The most recent Teranet and National Bank House Price report on house prices in major Canadian cities released on January 12th showed that house prices in Toronto have continued to fall since their peak in July 2017.
Prices in December were down 7.7% from the same time last year, largely the result of the provincial government’s foreign buyer sales tax introduced in April last year.
