The panel was held on the July 23rd, as part of the Toronto Real Estate Summit on Covid-19 impact which is being organized by Toronto’s Realosophy and MoveSmartly.com.
The free online summit was held on July 20th to 23rd with the theme “Smart Caution”.
The summit featured top economists, housing analysts, personal finance authors and real estate professionals on the reality of home buying, selling, renting, or investing right now.
In addition to Treat and Nathan, other panelists for the discussion on Airbnb vs Long Term Rentals included Kayla Andrade from the Ontario Landlords Watch Team.
